 Paddy & Jennike Venner - Senior Pastors
Paddy held down various jobs before the call to Ministry, including managing a steak-house, selling domestic paving and working as a consultant for a major Bank. Paddy is a great teacher and revelator of the word of God, bringing 'life application' teaching on Sundays. He is also involved in teaching Life Skills in various organisations in the city. He loves to read, watch movies, watch sport (rugby being the favourite), computer gaming, kayaking and suntanning (something which he does not get enough of since living in the UK). He claims that one of the best places to be is behind a barbeque (or 'braai' to put it is South African terms) grilling a big fat juicy piece of rump steak.
Jennike qualified and worked in accounting and auditing before joining Paddy in full-time ministry. She loves reading, photography, a good movie with a slab of chocolate (yum-yum), most things creative and considers herself to be an 'all rounder'. She also loves spending time with the 3 men in her life - her husband and 2 sons. Jennike oversees the creative side of church as well as the Women's ministry and a whole lot of other everyday things.
Paddy and Jennike have 2 sons aged 9 and 12 who bring great joy to their lives and certainly make life challenging, fun, loud and messy!
Alan and Vonnie Hatcher - Visionary Team Leaders
Married forever(!) and still very much in-love, they have 2 children and 5 grandsons. Alan is the Marketing Manager of a well known departmental store in the city and Vonnie does many hours of volunteer work for the church, overseeing the finances and admin. They also head up the Teen ministry 'Destiny' and are awesome parent-leaders to the Teens in church. They love gaming on the Playstation and watching movies ("Not scary ones!" says Vonnie), reading and also gardening (or should that be 'weeding'!) They enjoy social history and love to visit historical places of interest.
Nick Nundy - Visionary Team Leader
Nick is married to Flora (originally from South India) and they have 2 sons. Nick is the Financial Manager of YMCA in Norwich and is also involved in the Sunday Clubs at church. He enjoys socialising, travelling abroad, watching football and playing chess. Flora is a full-time Mum but also somehow finds the time to help raise funds for two orphanages in India. They both regularly travel to India on short-term missions trips.
Willian Serafim - Visionary Team Leader
Willian (yes, that's with an 'n' and not an 'm' ) is married to Glauci and they have one son. They were both born and raised in Brazil and moved to the UK shortly after they got married. Willian is a software engineer and spends a fair amount of time travelling. He also heads up 'FUEL', our weekly event for students. Glauci is a 'stay-at-home' Mum, in-between working as a Carer and she is also very involved in church stuff like catering and fund raising.
